2010 McNeil Stakes Final Field & Betting

August 26th, 2010

The 2010 McNeil Stakes final field has been decided, and Yosei is looking good coming out of barrier 6 carrier 56kgs.

Yosei had a win in the Group 1 Produce Stakes in April, but this was soon followed by a fifth place run in the Champagne Stakes. A place is almost assured for Yosei in this race, and a win would not be out of the question. An each-way bet on Yosei at Ladbrokes.com.au is well worth considering.

General Truce also looks a decent chance. While he hasn’t really lived up to the potential he showed in his Group 3 Maribyrnong Plate win last year, General Truce has drawn the third barrier, and he should be able to put in an impressive performance from that position. It has been a while since he has won a Group race, however, so a place bet on General Truce at Ladbrokes.com.au is the way to go.
